Soy & Sesame Glaze

Ingredients


250g Napoleon's Chicken Karaage
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup mirin
2tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Toasted sesame for garnish


Preparation

  1. Fry 250g Napoleon's Chicken Karaage
  2. In a seperate bowl, mix sugar, mirin, and light soy sauce, bring to a slow simmer until thick.
  3. Coat the Karaage with sauce, drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with toasted sesame seed, then serve!
