Open-Faced Chicken Karaage Sandwich

Ingredients

250g pack Napoleon's Chicken Karaage
1 slice loaf bread
¼ cup lettuce, shredded
½ pc red onions, sliced
¼ pc mango, sliced
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 clove garlic, minced


Preparation

  1. Make Sriracha aioli by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  2. Fry Napoleon's chicken karaage according to packaging instructions
  3. Toast loaf bread
  4. Assemble open-faced sandwich by layering toasted bread, shredded lettuce, 3-4pcs Napoleon's Chicken karaage, sliced red onions, sliced mangoes. Drizzle with sriracha aioli and enjoy!
