Ingredients
250g pack Napoleon's Chicken Karaage
1 slice loaf bread
¼ cup lettuce, shredded
½ pc red onions, sliced
¼ pc mango, sliced
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
- Make Sriracha aioli by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Fry Napoleon's chicken karaage according to packaging instructions
- Toast loaf bread
- Assemble open-faced sandwich by layering toasted bread, shredded lettuce, 3-4pcs Napoleon's Chicken karaage, sliced red onions, sliced mangoes. Drizzle with sriracha aioli and enjoy!
