Napoleon's Bangus Karaage Bites

Ingredients

450g pack of Napoleon's Bangus Karaage
2 pcs whole fresh tomatoes
1 pc cucumber
1 whole onion
Napoleon's Seasoning
3 tbsp lemon juice
cilantro for garnish

Preparation

  1. Fry 1 pack of 450g Napoleon's Bangus Karaage.
  2. Slice tomatoes and cucumber in half then remove seeds.
  3. Mince tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Place each in a seperate bowl.
  4. In a large bowl, minced tomatoes, cucumber and onion, portion to you liking, squeeze half a lemon then mix.
  5. Optional add a pinch of salt.
  6. Place fried Bangus Karaage in a plate, then top with ensalada mix.
  7. Garnish. Serve and enjoy!
