Breakfast Bangus Karaage

Ingredients

225g pack Napoleon's Bangus Karaage
1 pc egg
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp oil
1 cup rice (1 day old)
2 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise


Preparation

  1. Cook Napoleon's Bangus Karaage according to package instructions
  2. Make garlic rice by sautéing minced garlic in oil until brown then add leftover rice
  3. In a separate pan, fry the egg to your liking
  4. Assemble by adding 1 egg, 1 cup garlic rice, and fried Napoleon's Bangus Karaage. Serve with Japanese Mayonnaise or Ketchup.
