
Ingredients
225g pack Napoleon's Bangus Karaage
1 pc egg
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp oil
1 cup rice (1 day old)
2 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise
Preparation
- Cook Napoleon's Bangus Karaage according to package instructions
- Make garlic rice by sautéing minced garlic in oil until brown then add leftover rice
- In a separate pan, fry the egg to your liking
- Assemble by adding 1 egg, 1 cup garlic rice, and fried Napoleon's Bangus Karaage. Serve with Japanese Mayonnaise or Ketchup.
