Ingredients
225g Napoleons Bangus Karaage (Cooked to packaging instructions)
1 medium white/yellow onion, sliced into rings
1 cup cooked white rice
Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp cornstarch
¼ cup water
Preparation
- Cook Napoleons Bangus Karaage according to packaging instructions.
- Melt butter in a sauce pan and add all ingredients for the sauce, let simmer and cook until slightly thicken, add sliced onion rings.
- Add cooked Bangus Karaage in the sauce pan together with the sauce and turn until bangus karaage is fully coated.
- To assemble, place 1 cup rice in a plate, cooked Bangus Karaage, and top with onion rings. Garnish with fried garlic as desired.
