Bangus Karaage Ala Pobre

Ingredients

225g Napoleons Bangus Karaage (Cooked to packaging instructions)
1 medium white/yellow onion, sliced into rings
1 cup cooked white rice

Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp cornstarch
¼ cup water

 

Preparation

  1. Cook Napoleons Bangus Karaage according to packaging instructions.
  2. Melt butter in a sauce pan and add all ingredients for the sauce, let simmer and cook until slightly thicken, add sliced onion rings.
  3. Add cooked Bangus Karaage in the sauce pan together with the sauce and turn until bangus karaage is fully coated.
  4. To assemble, place 1 cup rice in a plate, cooked Bangus Karaage, and top with onion rings. Garnish with fried garlic as desired.
