Ingredients
225g Napoleons Bangus Karaage (Cooked to packaging instructions)
1 cup Cooked White Rice
Ala King Sauce
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 cup Fresh Milk
¼ cup Cheddar Cheese grated
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp Carrot minced
Side Dish
1 Carrot small diced
¼ can Corn Kernel drained
¼ cup Green Peas
1 tbsp butter
Preparation
- Cook Napoleons Bangus Karaage According to packaging instructions
- In a sauce pan, blanch diced carrots for 30 seconds drain and set aside
- In a saute pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and add carrots (blanched), corn kernel and green peas, saute for 2 minutes and set aside.
- In a sauce pan add Butter and melt, add minced garlic cook for 1 minute.
- Add flour and cook for 1 minute
- Slowly add milk and simmer until slightly thicken
- Add grated cheddar cheese and stir to melt
- Add water or milk if sauce is too thick
- Add minced carrot and chopped fresh parsley for color
- Season with salt, black pepper
Assembly
- Place 1 cup rice in a plate,
- Assemble cooked Bangus Karaage,
- Add Carrot-Corn-Pea side dish,
- Drizzle with Ala king Sauce on top of bangus karaage
